Calling the FLYKICK FAM! We have something special for you. Every Tuesday from now on we will be giving you a fitness challenge chosen by one of our badass trainers. Kicking us off is Louisa watch her challenge now!

THE CHALLENGE

3 minutes to complete:

  • 40 reps of Russian Twists (weighted with a bean can)

  • 40 reps of Jacks

  • Chest to floor burpees until time.

Your score is the number of burpees you are able to do before the timer stops!

GET YOUR NAME ON THE LEADER BOARD!

  1. Take on the challenge

  2. Submit an entry by sharing a video or photo to Instagram stories of yourself trying the challenge

  3. Use the hashtag #FLYSOLATION to get yourself on the leader board

  4. You've got until 23:59 on Monday to land yourself the top spot!


We'll be posting the leader board on Instagram and Facebook next week before challenge #2 is released so keep an eye out!
