THE WORKOUT

Warm Up - 5 minutes

  • Fast Feet with Floor Taps (60 seconds)

  • Rotational Toe Taps (60 seconds)

  • Hip Opener (60 seconds)

  • Lumbar Rotations (60 seconds)

  • Alternating Lunges with Knee Drive (60 seconds)

Workout -  12 minutes

  • 10 Mountain Climbers into 2 Squat Thrusters (45 seconds)

  • Rest (15 seconds)

  • High Burpees (30 seconds)

  • Rest (15 seconds)

  • 10 Plank Jacks into 1 Commando (30 seconds)

  • Rest (15 seconds)

Cool Down - 8.30 minutes

  • Left Lunge into World's Greatest Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Right Lunge into World's Greatest Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Left Lay Down Hamstring Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Right Lay Down Hamstring Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Left Lay Down Quad Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Right Lay Down Quad Stretch (60 seconds)

  • Cobra into Child’s Pose into Downward Dog into Standing (2 minutes)

  • Shoulder Rolls into Head Turns (30 seconds)
