DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP? There are no membership fees at Flykick. We do not require any long-term commitment. Rather you can buy as many or as few classes as you’d like, from a single class to our multi-class packages. We aim to keep things simple and straightforward for all of our clients.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT? Yes. But it’s easy. Click here, type in your details and answer some simple questions. A waiver will need to be signed and an emergency contact will need to be set up, and the you’ll be ready to fly with us!

CAN I CANCEL? CAN’T MAKE YOUR CLASS? Gutted! Just make sure you cancel 12 hours before the class starts. Once your spot is cancelled, the class credit will be returned to your series to be used later. But be forewarned, if you don’t cancel 12 hours before or miss your class, your class will be charged to your series… and that’s a serious bummer.

WHEN DO CLASSES BECOME AVAILABLE TO BOOK? Our classes become available 7 days ahead on a rolling basis. So, for example, if you look at our schedule on a Thursday at noon, you will only be able to register for classes through the following Thursday.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK? Sigh. Class is full and now you’re on the waitlist. As bags open up, we give them away to people on the waitlist in the order that they put themselves on.

WHEN DO MY CREDITS EXPIRE? Use your classes whenever and however suits you, bringing friends, family, clients - and they get cheaper the more you buy. Check the terms and conditions of the package you are purchasing for the expiry period. We aim to offer ultimate flexibility, so they can be shared with friends and family, so long as they are not first-timers. You cannot redeem your classes for cash.
