JANUARY WELLNESS SERIES WITH FLYKICK

THIS YEAR IS ABOUT YOU!

We want to give you the tools to make 2019 your best year yet. That's why we've set up a series of wellness discussions and workshops to help you improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

Every Friday in January, book into the 6:30 p.m. Flykick Signature class and stay for one of our interactive sessions at 7:45 p.m. - learn how to set the right intentions for a new year, balance your diet to reach your goals and take proper care of your skin, as well as how to get proper rest while being 100 percent productive.

PLUS - we've teamed up with Vega who will be on hand running a smoothie bar pop-up to help you refuel.
