FLYKICK is London's hottest new fitness studio. Its kickboxing inspired group fitness class is like nothing else in the market! FLYKICK is an immersive experience --- It’s Signature Class kicks off with a blast of High Intensity Interval Training and then each member faces off against their own bag in a high energy, music-flooded room. Picture a lively, music- driven indoor spinning class, but rather than riding a stationary bike, it’s you against the bag ….which is way more fun!
FLYKICK is looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join us in our London, UK office. This is a vital role within our team in which you will help lead and manage the overall marketing & brand function alongside the CEO.
This is a unique opportunity working with the founders of the business, as a senior member of the team. We are seeking a passionate, creative, positive and hard-working individual with a love for fitness and an excitement for our brand. We are a high-growth company looking for an ambitious & entrepreneurial marketing mind with a keen eye for detail and experience across channels. This management role will be responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing strategies that will grow the FLYKICK brand.
The prerequisites for this role is you have 2+ years of brand marketing, event/experiential, and/or partnership experience with an emphasis on creative leadership and project management.
Liaise with the CEO to express & communicate the brand values, and own brand execution accordingly
Develop and oversee project timelines for all marketing efforts; including developing & owning the 3-6 month marketing calendar
Lead and manage a team of two full-time employees plus relevant external vendors
Implement media strategies in market including out-of-home, digital, social media, search, print, press, and guerrilla tactics
Liaise with entire FLYKICK team to execute marketing strategies across all online and offline channels
Maintain a positive can-do attitude and take initiative
Experience of working in marketing & brand within the retail or cpg industry
Have a passion for fitness and group exercise
A design-oriented eye and creative mindset
Excellent project management, organisation, communication and writing skills
Ability to multi-task, while using good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities
Strong digital marketing experience
Knows how to have fun – live life fully – be silly
