Not only did he buy an anniversary pack, but Vijay is so consistent when it comes to taking class and showing up on a weekly basis. He has been kickin’ it at FLYKICK for quite a while, and this month we wanted to highlight another valuable member of the FLYKICK FAM.
Get to know Vijay in our quick fire questions!
How did you hear about FLYKICK?
I overheard someone talking about how cool Flykick was and they'd just done an awesome HIIT. I thought they were talking about a cool new cafe with really strong coffee.
Has it impacted your lifestyle/health in any way?
If I look back at pre Flykick Vijay and post Flykick Vijay, there's a definite shift. Not only increased fitness levels, but better overall positive feeling and a more conscious approach to eating well.
What is your favorite part of the workout?
The bag work. Its what sets this class apart from other fitness classes.. its highly addictive.. like coffee.
Did you learn anything about yourself throughout the time you've joined the #FlykickFam?
I discovered that I could push myself more. Digging deep in class to finish the round, translated into a deeper resilience in daily life to the highs and lows.
What motivates you to want to work out?
The quest to jab sweeter, hook harder and kick higher.
