Member of the Month: Meet David!

September saw the Flykick Family take on an awesome challenge and first over the finish line…David!

How did you hear about FLYKICK?

A very good friend of mine went and told me I’d like it. She was so right. I was hooked after the first class.

Has it impacted your lifestyle/health in any way?

Just a bit!! I’m SO much fitter, and I’ve lost a lot of weight I didn’t know I needed to lose.

What is your favorite part of the workout?

Probably during the bag rounds, towards the end when one of the instructors (can I say it’s Cassius?) comes over and pushes you through to the finish. You just want to smash the bag all the more.

Did you learn anything about yourself through the completion of the Perfect 10 Challenge?

Probably that I’d come a lot further than I’d realised. If you’d have said in week one I would end up doing four in a week two weeks in a row I would have called you crazy.

What motivates you to want to work out?

I would say in no particular order, the scales in front of my fridge, my training buddy Ashleigh, and the desire to improve.
